By accessing or using Menuvi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Menuvi provides a digital menu platform that allows venues to create, manage, and display menus via QR codes. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Menuvi is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
