1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Menuvi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Menuvi provides a digital menu platform that allows venues to create, manage, and display menus via QR codes. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle (our default payment provider) or Stripe. Paddle is the merchant of record for all transactions — your payment details are handled by Paddle's PCI-compliant infrastructure, and Paddle's terms apply to the processing of your payment. Under EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed the service. Once you access the service, you waive the cooling-off right and no refund is due. After the 14-day period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds or credits are given for unused time. Refund requests must be submitted via Paddle's dispute system or by emailing [email protected].

5. Limitation of Liability

Menuvi is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
