Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access to the service until that date. No partial refunds or credits are provided for the remaining days of the billing period.

2. Cooling-Off Period (14-Day Refund)

Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and receive a full refund. The cooling-off period begins when you sign up and receive access to the service. However, if you access or use the service during this period, you expressly waive your cooling-off right, and no refund is due. If you have not accessed the service within the 14-day period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected] or through Paddle's purchase dispute system.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be submitted through Paddle's dispute resolution system (accessible from your Paddle invoice email) or by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 14 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. No Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period expires, all subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused time.

5. Payment Processor (Merchant of Record)

Paddle is the merchant of record for all transactions processed through our platform. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refunds. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions and privacy policy. Paddle's refund policy applies as a supplement to this policy; in case of any conflict, the more consumer-friendly provision shall prevail.
